Solid Waste Dumping is still a serious matter in rural areas, as in the photo (Stanfield, AZ), and within cities and towns, no place is exempt on the face of our beautiful earth.
This is eyesight pollution, as well as the different items of solid waste, garbage, and trash. Additionally, we find a large assortment of chemicals and petroleum items. Yes, this is dumped on another's property and is a crime.
